Back to normal

Although my back is still as stiff as a 4x4 piece of wood (probably from stress), I'm relieved to say that our son's fever broke last night around 5:30 am this morning. After waking up a third time, he slept much better in bed with me. The few occasions he started to wake up while in bed with me, he would hug my arm & fall completely asleep again.

I can't say what a relief it is that he's feeling better. We were both really worried there for a while. I still have no idea where he picked it up from because it could have been anywhere. The important thing is he's back to his normal cheerful & playful self today without a fever.

In other news, my uncle has checked our car to find absolutely nothing wrong with it. No ball joints that need replacing. It's all very curious.
