Possible infection

Last Saturday I had a really bad reaction to my hormone shot. It caused my whole leg to spasm & cramp very badly for the remainder of the evening. Sometimes bad reactions can happen at this point because the area is so tender anyway. This morning however my hubby noticed that hip was stone hard & swollen. The nurses are going to check it for possible infection so we're supposed to avoid that area til further notice. If that's the case, I'll get an antibiotic since I still have seven more weeks of daily shots.
