His first sentence!

We've been working with our son to speak two-words sentences with minimal results. Well yesterday our son spoke his first complete sentence (4 words without prompting) when he said "I want more milk!" I was so proud of him.

Of course he also somehow opened the bathroom door, took 2/3 box of kleenex, dropped it all into the toilet & flushed. By some miracle, it did not clog. Although it was clean toilet water, it still felt gross to take out the kleenex by hand & wring it out before tossing it away.

Then he told me he had to go potty. Unfortunately he just before his diaper was taken off. Although he did manage to go pee-pee in the toilet all by himself for the first time on May 26th! The first step in a long process!

Today we enjoyed playing with the neighbors in some nice weather.
