Just enjoying the breeze

As some may know, the midwest is experiencing some bitter cold right now. At this very moment, it's -6 F outside but with the wind chill it feels like -27 F. I can't even imagine how homeless people or stray animals stay warm on nights like these. The thought always breaks my heart. I think I will start crocheting blankets for homeless shelters to hand out to help those who do refuse shelter. I only wish I could help the animals.
