A sense of peace

Last night I was exhausted & fell asleep on the sofa. My hubby dragged me upstairs where I promptly crashed into bed. Our son woke up twice during the night (which is uncommon). First time he was soaked & needed changing. Second time he had a nightmare & screamed when I put him back down. I was so tired that I couldn't even keep my eyes open enough to read consistently to him. Therefore I was so crabby this morning. No patience whatsoever. After breakfast, we picked up groceries & dropped off the remains of the garage sale items at Salvation Army.
On the way home, I noticed how amazing the clouds (see above picture) looked. It was so peaceful. Clouds are like humans I think. They can give you so many emotions by just being there. They can change without notice becoming dangerous & threatening. Today though... it gave me the sense of peace I needed so badly. The clouds below reminded me of fingers reaching down from heaven.
