Big people in little places

Monday evening before we ran errands, my son wanted to surprise me. How he loves to do that these days!

Then it was time for father & son to surprise me with Daddy also sitting inside our son's log cabin. That's quite a feat for Daddy to accomplish since he's so tall!

Before we left, my son was very anxious to help Daddy bring in the garbage cans. He loves being helpful most the the time.

Last night we was having some bug bites graham cracker snacks & neatly lined them up next to him so he could eat them in order!

I also ventured out on my own last night to run a few quick errands. It was then that I saw this skyline with the sunset peaking through the clouds.

Today my son was playing horsey with the bead necklaces & our mobile kitchen island. He also had his first 'accident' while sitting down in the kitchen eating his afternoon snack. You see, he's wearing big boy underwear today & has been using the potty regularly all morning. When we started to took off the wet underwear, he said "Uh oh... lots of pee-pee!" We'll see how he does the remainder of the day.
