Easter celebration

Our son was excited about his Easter basket that the bunny left behind. All sorts of goodies... new placemats, a toddler-sized umbrella, bubbles, training wheels & horn (or trumpet as he calls it) for his bike & of course a chocolate bunny!

I found an egg!

Look Mommy! Another egg!

Counting candy eggs are serious business!

Our son spends time with his great-great aunt.

My great-aunt was stickered!

Grandpa cutting the ham & doing an excellent job.

My kind hubby helps my talkative & cheerful great-aunt to the dinner table. She always has a new joke!

Somebody is getting into mischief!

Now he has to pick it all up!

Grandma helps set the table with delicious food. They brought & cooked all the good food which included ham, sugared sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, broccoli & biscuits! Yum yum yum!

My great-aunt is ready! Where's everyone else?

Yummy easter egg cookies for dessert!

Can Mommy have a piece?

How about a pink or red one?

Mother & son sharing goodies!

Time to kiss goodbye after spending a wonderful afternoon together!
When Grandma, Grandpa & my great-aunt left, the three of us (my hubby, son & I) went out in the front yard where we made & chased bubbles the size of my son's head! We talked to a few neighbors including the new ones acorss the street (they seem nice & friendly) before resuming further bubble chasing.

After chasing bubbles, our son warmed up in a nice long warm bath!

Time to comb your hair before picking up your toys & heading to bed!

This is what happens to toddler toes after taking an hour long bath! But he did it enjoy it so!
