Did you knock him out?

Today when I arrived at Walmart to do my grocery shopping, I turned around to find our son fast asleep. Luckily I had the seat cover (for a grocery cart) in my car so I grabbed that & picked him up. Still sound asleep...

I get inside, find a cart right away & put the seat cover on. Then I lay our son down so he's laying down in & across the seat with his legs dangling over the side. His eyes fluttered briefly & then closed again. He was so tired that he stayed asleep during the entire shopping trip until the very end.

I had so many people comment on how dead asleep he was. Now that I think about it, maybe it was kind of spooky. Then again, it sure made shopping SO much easier without having him yank items out of the cart or from the shelves onto the cart. Hmmm... maybe I should do this again. Definately something to think about!
