Sleep my angel...

Tonight my hubby put our son to bed for the first time in his big boy bed. As expected, he started crying when my hubby left. You see, he did that during his nap this afternoon too. As much as he loved his new bed, it scares him to be alone. He's been good about not moving around so far. When he wakes up, he just sits in bed screaming because he's so freaked out. Then he just wants to cuddle like there's no tomorrow, which is awfully cute.

So I went back in, turned his lamp on very low (which I left on low as well because he's so nervous) & stayed with him until he fell sound asleep. It took me four times to leave but eventually he was completely out.

Yet I'm no fool... if he doesn't wake up screaming tonight, I will be shocked!
